Tim Algiers, Steve Volkert, and Mark Lindborg gave classification speeches to the membership.

Tim Algiers has been a member since 1991.  He was born and raised in Hartford and was a Rotary Student of the Month.  He attended Marquette Law School and after graduation, he served as Navy lawyer for 5 years.  Tim and his wife Sue have two children, TJ and Olivia. He is the owner of the O’Meara law firm which is the oldest law firm in Washington County.  His expertise is to represent injured people.

Steve Volkert is the current city administrator for Hartford.  He previously served as city administrator for West Bend, Winneconne, and Omro.  Before that he spent time in radio and TV production. He is the youngest of 8 children and has been married for 27 years.  He enjoys working on development projects for the city of Hartford.

Mark Lindborg is of Swedish heritage and was raised on a farm in Northern Indiana.  His father was a tenant farmer before he became a Vet. Mark attended Indiana University in the ’70s and then attended Purdue University Veterinary School.  He came to Hartford in 1982. He was a former Rotary Student of the Month himself and has hosted several exchange students. His wife Laurie is an engineer and CEO of an environmental engineering company.  His daughter Analise works for the DNR in Madison.
